Cougar or MILF?
When it comes to attractive older women, two terms are frequently used to describe them; cougars and MILFs. It’s important that guys that want to meet cougars on mature dating sites like this one know the difference!
Firstly, a MILF (Mom I’d Like to F*ck) has at least one child, as the name suggests. Whereas a cougar, despite being an older woman, may not be a mother.
Secondly, a cougar, like the animal, is on the prowl. She is familiar with dating younger men and is actively seeking younger men. A MILF, on the other hand, may not realise she’s a hot older woman and could have no interest in cougar dating sites.
Finally, a MILF can be any age, as the label refers to being a mom, not an older woman. A cougar, however, tends to be over forty or even fifty and therefore more commonly found on over 50s dating sites.
